Those of us for maximizing the long-term prospects of the funds we manage must have a strong understanding of the theory and practice of sustainable investing. As fiduciaries, we cannot afford to passively accept what the market gives us. We must assert our influence to promote sustainable behavior at the companies we invest in and throughout the economy.
— Seth Magaziner, General Treasurer for the State of Rhode Island, USA

Schedule of Events

what to expect:

FSIcon is a one-day conference filled with keynotes given by well known leaders in finance and sustainability, as well as panels covering a broad mix of topics from High Impact Sectors, to Emerging Risks and Opportunities, to Investment and Policy. The conference will also have opportunities for networking, including discussions with speakers and a career fair at the end of the event.

A clear and overarching reality has emerged which must be solved: financial considerations must factor in sustainability considerations for ongoing societal success, while sustainability issues equally need to be driven by a business case
— Cary Krosinsky, Lecturer at Yale, Brown, and NYU Stern, Founder of Real Impact Tracker, USA
