Devyn Collado - Co-President
Devyn is a senior from Long Beach, California concentrating in Environment and Enterprise—an independently-designed degree focused on the nexus of business, society, and climate change. On campus, he has been involved with Brown’s Socially Responsible Investment Fund as the Head of Outreach, and is a Social Innovation Fellow at Social Enterprise Greenhouse where he is working to scale a non-profit focused on poverty alleviation. He is also working at Brown’s Investment Office as an ESG Analyst focused on Private and Public Equity. Devyn has helped author and edit various publications on climate resiliency, systems thinking, finance, and greenhouse gas emissions, including a chapter in Modern China: Financial Cooperation for Solving Environmental and Sustainable Impact Challenges—a book set to be published this spring. This past summer, Devyn was a Consulting Analyst at Accenture in San Francisco. In his free time, he enjoys going to the gym and wandering around with his camera doing portraits and urban photography.

Arianna Markel - Co-President
Arianna is a senior from Westport, Connecticut. She is concentrating in Biology with a focus on Physiology and Biotechnology. On campus, she serves as the VP of Events for Brown Synapse where she leads efforts to promote awareness around brain injuries and head trauma. In this role, Arianna has helped Brown increase access to medical and psychological resources for students with brain injuries such as concussions. For her senior thesis, she is also researching a novel approach for drug quantification in the body. Arianna is also active in Brown’s Jewish community, serving as Women's Events Chair for Chabad at Brown. Arianna is an active member of the Women's Launch Pad. For the last two summers, Arianna has worked at Moderna, a biotech company, doing clinical research and drug development for rare diseases in Cambridge, Massachusetts. In her free time, she can be found trying out new recipes or doing the daily crossword puzzle.

Tathyana Mello Amaral - Co-Lead
Tathyana is a senior concentrating in International Relations from São Paulo, Brazil and Zurich, Switzerland. She is writing an honors thesis assessing the relationship between the corporate financial performance and the corporate social performance of multinational companies in Brazil. She spent last summer working with Unilever Mexico’s Corporate Affairs team leading their plastic reduction project. On campus, she is involved with the Brown Journal of Philosophy, Politics, and Economics, 180 Degree Consulting, and the MEZCLA Latin Dance Team.
William Pate - Co-Lead
William is a senior from Sitka, Alaska concentrating in Science, Technology, and Society with a focus on Sustainable Entrepreneurship. He has spent previous summers working in product marketing, sales, corporate finance, and advertising and media content curation. Will is pursuing a major that combines both Environmental Science and Economics in order to be able to incentivize businesses and corporations to adopt more ESG friendly practices and ultimately contribute to a better socio-economic good. On-campus, he is involved with various organizations including the Brown Political Review, Brown Outdoor Leadership Training, and Brown Student Philanthropy Council, as well as a campus-wide improv troupe he founded, Bear With Us Improv. He is passionate about sustainability, social enterprise, and Spikeball!
Kara Huang - Co-Lead
Kara is a senior concentrating in Economics from Asbury Park, NJ and Tokyo, Japan. She has spent summers working in marketing and corporate finance internships, and this past summer she interned at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. She worked in the Chief Investment Office on a portfolio research and asset allocation team. On campus, she is a copy editor for the Brown Journal of Philosophy, Politics, and Economics. In her free time, Kara enjoys playing tennis and watching food documentaries.
Nick Rasetti
Nick is a senior from Milwaukee studying Economics & East Asian Studies. He has experience working as an intern analyst at the Brown Investment Office and non-profits in Washington DC. At Brown, he was with the Socially Responsible Investment Fund as a Real Estate & Financial sector chair, and was a writer for the Intercollegiate Finance Journal. His favorite show is Shark Tank and he aspires to take a business in front of the sharks one day.
Jessica (Jie) Zhou
Jessica is a senior concentrating in Applied Mathematics and Economics. She interned at a consulting firm and real estate private equities in previous summers. On campus, she is the Executive Business Manager of Brown’s yearbook, Liber Brunensis and the captain of the Chinese Traditional Instrument Band. In her free time, Jessica loves Sudoku and cooking.

Annie Phan - Co-Lead
Annie is a senior from Vietnam concentrating in Economics and Development Studies. She is interested in the intersection between economics and social change, and her primary work revolves around international business and development. This past summer, Annie served as an ESG Analyst at the Sustainable Finance Institute. Currently, Annie is a Technology, Media, and Telecom Sector Analyst for Brown’s Socially Responsible Investment Fund. Annie loves traveling and dancing in her free time.
Melissa Cui - Co-Lead
Melissa is a sophomore studying Computer Science and Economics from New Jersey. She has experience working on a business support team for a hedge fund where she focused on data analytics. At Brown, she is involved with student government through the Class Coordinating Board, as well as Brown’s Socially Responsible Investment Fund. Aside from studying in the many libraries on campus, she can be found in coffee and tea shops, where her goal is to try as many drinks as possible before the end of the year.
Rachel Markey
Rachel is a sophomore studying Economics and Political Science. Fun fact: Rachel can say the alphabet backwards.
Camilla Scaramelli dos Santos
Camilla is a sophomore from Brazil concentrating in Economics. Camilla is an e-board member of the Brazilian Student Association “BRASA Brown”. There, she is in charge of Community Outreach, which gives her experience in event organization and planning as well as leadership. Camilla is also passionate about social change. On campus is involved with the Swearer Center and at her hometown São Paulo she has co-led the administration of an NGO focused on building libraries in low-income communities. She is a coffee addict and is always looking for new coffee shops in Providence.
Sam Flomenhoft
Sam is a senior concentrating in Mathematics. With a strong passion for sustainability, he has worked as a research intern at the Center for Sustainable Development. Sam is excited to bring his math background and passion for sustainability to the worlds of investing and climate solutions. He is also an active artist and studied under a professional artist for a year.

Emma Willcocks - Lead
Emma is a senior from Glencoe, Illinois studying Biology, with a specific focus on Biogeochemistry. She spent the past summer conducting medical research at NYU examining World Trade Center Lung Injury as a result of particulate matter exposure in 9/11 FDNY firefighters. In her free time, Emma can be found eating mac and cheese or freelancing as a travel agent.
Gardner Gendron
Gardner is a junior concentrating in Economics and History. This past summer he was a legislative intern in a congressional office. A versatile athlete, Gardner has alpine skied, wake-boarded, and surfed in the same day.
Natalia Fares
Natalia is a Junior double concentrating in Economics and Religious Studies. She is of Lebanese descent but grew up in England. With a passion for impact investing, she spent her last summer working for Mission: Cure, a company that aims to find a new model for curing disease through impact investing and innovative financing. Natalia is also enthusiastic about visual art and was an art scholar at her high school in London.

Isabel Shaw - Co-Lead
Isabel is a senior studying Behavioral Decision Sciences, a degree focused on behavioral economics and consumer finance. Last summer, she worked at Goldman Sachs Asset Management on their ESG and Stewardship team. Prior to that, Isabel interned at a software startup Hatch Apps in her hometown of Washington, DC. For fun, Isabel is in a pirate-themed a capella group. She also enjoys long-distance running and ran her first marathon last fall.
Noah Colon
Noah is a sophomore concentrating in Applied Mathematics and Economics. He spent the past summer working in marketing and business development for AT&T and Global Assets Administration for Virtus Partners LLC. His love for spicy food originates from the time he drank a bottle of Tabasco sauce when he was two years old.
Sarang Mani
Sarang is a junior studying Engineering and Economics. Besides sustainable finance, he is really interested in all things (aero)space, and new/innovative technologies in general. He has experience working in consulting, and this coming summer he’ll be interning at Goldman Sachs as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst. In his free time, you can catch him watching soccer highlights or late-night TV and petting every dog he sees.
